How we choose providers

Providers in our network are required to hold:

• A valid electrical license appropriate to the work, with generator and transfer-switch installs performed under the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and a local electrical permit.
• Adequate general liability insurance for electrical and standby-generator installation work.
• A documented track record installing standby generators in our service area, including familiarity with load calculations, automatic transfer switches, and hurricane-readiness requirements specific to the Terrebonne Parish / bayou region.

We periodically review provider performance based on customer feedback and may remove providers from rotation for documented poor service or compliance failures. We do not warrant or guarantee the work of any individual provider — the service relationship and any guarantee is between you and the provider directly.
